Blake Willis
Owner
Born and raised in Mesa, Blake carries forward his family’s HVAC legacy with fresh energy and clear purpose. After graduating from Westwood High School and completing a church mission in Kansas City, he dove into the trade, spending the past five years sharpening his craft. Blake’s vision for Axis Air Conditioning is simple: deliver the right solution, explain it openly, and never pressure a customer into something they don’t need. Away from work, he enjoys time with his wife and their baby girl.
Calvin Bailey
Co-Owner
Mesa native Calvin discovered his passion for hands-on problem-solving as a teenager. Starting in the field as a grunt, he worked daylight to dark while attending trade school, tackling every challenge that came his way. Five years later, that grit and experience shape the quality standards at Axis Air Conditioning. Known for going the extra mile, Calvin leads with the same honesty, integrity, and craftsmanship that first drew customers to the company. When he isn’t guiding the team, you’ll find him adventuring with his wife or pushing the limits in his favorite extreme sports.
