Blake and the team at Axis are amazing! We had our AC go out on us in the middle of a triple-digit day in central Phoenix. They were here and up on our very high roof in no time diagnosing it. Unfortunately for us, we needed a new one. The team got us a new unit at a great price and installed it the very next day! They had great price and communication and showed up exactly when they said they would. What more could you ask for?

AC went out during the peak of summer. After a ton of shopping around, these guys had the best prices by far for superior products. They were very communicative and got a new system ordered and installed in a very short amount of time. When I needed tuning of the system afterward to adjust the flow to some of the rooms, they ran through all my options and came out and fixed it at no extra charge. Good, trustworthy group of guys. My AC unit broke down when the outside temperature was 115. Needless to say, the interior temperature was stifling. I called Axis Air, and Blake responded quickly. He gave me a price on a new unit install, financing options, and two portable units to use until the installation was finished. And, knowing how hot my house was, he brought the portable units to me on a Sunday! That is exceptional customer service! And I like supporting small businesses. It was a win-win.
