Their customer service was excellent, and they took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. The installation crew was extremely respectful and detail-oriented. They made sure to protect the house by laying down floor coverings and keeping everything clean throughout the entire installation. Their workmanship was very thorough, and you can tell they truly care about the quality of their work. I could not be more satisfied with the experience and the final result. I can’t recommend axis air enough! After another company came out and gave me a “maybe this is the solution” diagnosis, Blake and the boys came out for a second opinion and did a thorough job til they found the answer and showed me the issue in detail. They offered both a repair or replacement and shared their recommendations without pressure. Today, we had them replace the entire unit and they did a fantastic job. The air is blowing cold again and the install was quick and efficient. Great job all around 👏👏
